Triple B Publisher — Terms of Service
Effective date: 26 September 2026
Provider and application
Triple B Publisher is a Windows application provided by Triple B. Questions about the application or these terms can be sent to [email protected].
The application helps you upload selected media through supported platforms' official APIs. Availability depends on your account, developer credentials, granted permissions, platform approval and the platforms' services.
Your content and accounts
Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the videos, audio, music, images and other material you upload. Follow applicable law and each platform's terms, copyright rules and content policies.
You retain your rights in your content. Selecting an upload instructs the application to process and transmit that content to the chosen services. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to the application provider. The receiving services' own terms govern content you send to them.
Keep credentials secure. Do not share passwords, access tokens, client secrets or storage keys with support. Review the connected account, selected destinations, content and audience settings before each upload.
How publishing works
YouTube and Instagram may publish according to your selected settings and the connected account's capabilities. TikTok uploads are sent to your TikTok inbox. You must open the notification in TikTok, finish editing, choose your audience and publish yourself. An inbox-delivery confirmation is not confirmation of public publication.
Uploads can fail, remain in processing or finish after the application loses its connection. Check upload history and the destination account before retrying to avoid duplicates. You are responsible for reviewing and managing posted content on the destination platform.
Files, storage and third parties
The application does not overwrite your original media. Keep your own backups. Instagram uses a temporary copy in your configured Cloudflare R2 storage; TikTok sends the file directly to TikTok. Network, storage and platform charges imposed by your providers remain subject to their agreements.
Data handling is explained in the Triple B Publisher Privacy Policy.
Availability and ending use
The application cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, upload success, processing times, audience reach or platform approval. Platform API changes and account restrictions may affect features. The application has no built-in payment feature; if Triple B charges for access in the future, the price should be shown before purchase. Support and updates may change over time.
You may stop using the application and revoke account permissions at any time. Removing local connections or uninstalling the application does not remove content already sent to third parties. Manage or delete that content within those services.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not override your mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
Revised terms will carry a new effective date. Material changes should be communicated before they apply. Email [email protected] with questions.
Triple B Publisher — Privacy Policy
Effective date: 26 September 2026
Who is responsible
Triple B Publisher is provided by Triple B. You can contact Triple B at [email protected]. This notice explains information handled by the Windows uploader, basic delivery of the Triple B website and support correspondence. Social platforms and hosting providers also process information under their own privacy notices.
What the desktop application handles
The application reads the media file you select to inspect its format, resolution and duration, display a preview and carry out your upload instructions. Your original file is not overwritten.
It handles the title, description, hashtags, website text and platform settings you enter. Saved defaults remain on your PC. Local upload history records the file path, title, file fingerprint, destination, time, outcome, returned upload identifiers and relevant account identifiers. History and defaults are not encrypted by the application.
OAuth access and refresh tokens, developer credentials and configured Instagram storage credentials are encrypted using Windows protection for your Windows account. The application does not collect or store your social-media passwords. Local error diagnostics contain exception types and code locations; they do not intentionally record credentials or full API responses.
Website visits
The Triple B website is hosted by Carrd. When you visit it, Carrd and the services that deliver it may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and access logs to serve and protect the site. Embedded or linked third-party services may also process information under their own privacy notices. The website does not provide a separate Triple B user account or online media uploader.
Where information goes
When you connect an account, the relevant platform processes your authorization and returns access credentials. YouTube receives the selected video and its applicable metadata. Instagram receives the Reel and caption; a temporary copy is uploaded to the Cloudflare R2 bucket configured in the application, and Instagram retrieves it using an expiring link. If you use the website-based Instagram authorization option, the return address contains a temporary authorization response and the website host may receive that request.
TikTok receives the selected MP4 directly from your PC through its inbox upload API. This flow does not use R2 and does not send your entered caption or privacy choice to TikTok. You complete those choices and publication in TikTok on your phone.
The desktop application has no separate Triple B upload server or built-in advertising analytics. Providers receiving network requests may also process connection information, such as IP addresses. Their infrastructure may be outside your country. Their processing and transfer arrangements are described in their respective privacy notices.
Retention and control
Saved desktop defaults, history and credentials remain until removed. Forgetting a local connection removes that platform's token from this PC; it does not remove all app data or revoke the grant at the platform. You can revoke access through the platform's account settings. Removing the application's user-data folder while the app is closed removes its local saved information; operating-system backups may retain copies.
For Instagram, the app attempts to delete temporary R2 copies after processing. Failed cleanup may leave copies until later cleanup or the configured one-day bucket lifecycle rule takes effect; deletion is not guaranteed to occur at an exact time. Content already uploaded to a social platform must be managed there. Removing local data does not delete remote posts or TikTok inbox drafts.
If you email [email protected], Porkbun forwards your message to Triple B's private inbox. Triple B receives your address and the information you send. Do not send passwords, tokens or client secrets. Triple B uses support messages to answer enquiries and deal with the issues raised. Where UK data-protection law applies, the basis for this is Triple B's legitimate interest in providing support. Messages should be reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose, subject to any legal obligation to keep them.
Your choices and rights
Connecting accounts and choosing upload destinations are optional; the relevant feature cannot work without the required authorization and media. The application does not use personal data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Where applicable, data-protection law provides rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to portability. Rights and exceptions depend on the processing involved. Email [email protected] about information held by Triple B; requests concerning a platform's own records can also be directed to that platform. You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.
The website's hosting and embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar technology under their own notices. Review any such notices and browser controls when using those services.

Updates to this notice will appear with a revised effective date. Material changes should be explained before they take effect.
